Standard static hosting can stay lean on Cloudflare. The normal recurring costs are usually the domain, business email, and optional maintenance if you want HBK managing updates and support.
HST is extra. Multi-location sites, bilingual builds, e-commerce, hiring pages, business email subscriptions, and custom app work are quoted separately after review.
